General purpose screw connect poppet couplers made to the ISO 14541 Standard

AKJia’s CVV Series screw connect couplers are designed primarily for high pressure pulse applications. They can be connected under residual system pressures of up to 50 bar. The CVV Series is a cost effective, proven solution suited to many industries and applications.

Construction

  • Carbon steel with trivalent plating
  • Fitted with Nitrile seals (NBR)

Available Seals and Temperature Range

All carbon steel products have Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) seals fitted as standard. All stainless steel products have Fluoro-elastomer Rubber (Viton®) (FKM) seals fitted as standard. Special seal materials are available on request.
