HJP|HJB Series

High pressure screw connect poppet & ball couplers made to the ISO 14540 Standard

AKJia’s HJP & HJB Series screw connect couplers are designed primarily for high pressure applications. They can be connected under low residual system pressures. The couplers are available with ball or poppet style valves.

Construction

  • Carbon steel with trivalent plating
  • Fitted with Polyurethane & Nitrile seals
  • Option Carbon steel with zinc nickel plating (500 hours with no red rust in salt spray tests)

Dimensions

HJP and HJB series are quick connectors commonly used on high-pressure hydraulic tools. Their dimensions comply with ISO14540 standards and are used on various hydraulic jacks, hydraulic wrenches and other hydraulic tools.

Available Seals and Temperature Range

All carbon steel products have Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) seals fitted as standard. All stainless steel products have Fluoro-elastomer Rubber (Viton®) (FKM) seals fitted as standard. Special seal materials are available on request.
