Return Policy

The return policy is mainly for customers to understand some terms and conditions when they need to return a product. Since most of the customers purchase from the website, they need to ship internationally. The cost of shipping and service is relatively high. In order to protect the rights of both parties, we have categorized some cases of return and refund.

Refund & Return

(“Ningbo AKJia Electronics Co., Ltd. hereinafter referred to as “AKJia”)

We strongly recommend our customers register the product serial number as soon as they receive the product. This will help us to provide fast after-sales service. Because quick couplings often need to be used before problems are discovered.

Leakage Problem – If there is a leak after the installation of a new product, provide photographic evidence and you can return it for a refund. If a leak is found during the warranty period, the product cannot be returned, but a new one can be shipped.

Damaged Goods: AKJia must be notified within five (5) business days of delivery of any goods received in damaged condition, please forward this notification to AKJia at info@akjiainc.com – Damaged goods must be returned to AKJia within 60 days of delivery. 
Goods Received in Error: AKJia must be notified within five (5) business days of any goods shipped in error, please forward this notification to AKJia at info@akjiainc.com  Such goods must be returned uninstalled and in new condition. The goods must be returned to AKJia within 60 days of delivery.
 
Other Returns: A request to return new and undamaged goods must be made to AKJia within thirty (30) days of delivery, please forward this notification to AKJia at info@akjiainc.com. The goods must be returned uninstalled and in new condition. Return requests received more than thirty (30) after delivery will not be accepted.
The following goods are not eligible for a return unless the wrong goods are shipped to you in error or goods are received in damaged condition: Parts, Accessories, Electrical Items, Hardware, and Hydraulic Components.
The costs of return shipments and a 15% restocking fee will be charged to you on all returned goods other than when: (i) the wrong goods are shipped to you by AKJia, (ii) goods are received in damaged condition, or (iii) the goods are subject to a warranty claim.
 
All return authorizations are subject to review and approval by AKJia, once the return request is received it will be reviewed with an outcome of the review forwarded to you within 5 business days, on the same email address used to send the request to AKJia.
A credit will be issued to the method of payment used during the purchase of the goods, less shipping costs, if the return is not a result of a shipping error or goods received in damaged condition. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date received for the processing of your return request.

All Customers – To request a return, please select the link below, and email the details of your claim to info@akjiainc.com. Please ensure to provide AKJia with all details relating to the transaction, i.e. invoice number, date of invoice, the reason for the return, and any other supporting information.

    If the product is leaking, damaged by shipping, etc., please upload pictures. Pictures can be zip-compressed.
    If you have already registered the serial number, you can fill in I forgot my order number. We will help you according to your registered email address. If you do not have a registered serial number, you must fill in the correct order number. Therefore, we recommend registering the serial number as soon as you receive the product.
