This item is a custom-produced quick-release coupling as the customer’s requirement. If you compare the appearance of the quick coupler, you will find it looks like the DNP FF UHP Series on the appearance, but this item has better look than the DNP quick coupling. It is because they are designed especially for a customer’s request. He wanna this look and choose the Zn-Ni alloy plating, and some special performance requests, on performance and seal material. When this customer was satisfied, some other customers need this item for their applications too. We did not name a series for this appearance, so we listed it as a special item. Currently, we just have this item with a special appearance.

This 3/8 flat face hydraulic coupler has a very good appearance, the material is carbon steel, the coating is Zn-Ni alloy, which is a very good performance on corrosion resistance. It is complying with ISO 16028 standard, which is interchangeable with all quick couplings that comply with the standard.

The body size is 3/8″ (DN10), and both the male tip and female half have 1/2″ BSPP female threads. they have a very good performance on high pressure, we tested that they can work at 10,000 psi, but they did not been tested with the ISO standard request, we currently recommend using it as a normal series as F7000 series. They can be widely used in skid steers, tractors, and some other hydraulic applications. Compared with other 3/8 flat face hydraulic couplers, this item has a much better appearance and 100% interchange with other 3/8 flat face hydraulic couplers.
