ISO A couplers made to the ISO 7241:2023 Series A Standard Similar Faster NV Appearance

AKJia’s IA2 series is another ISO A, general-purpose, double shut-off, fluid transfer quick coupling available with a leak-free, high-flow poppet valve similar to our IA Series. it also complies with ISO 7241 Series A. They are used predominantly in Europe and are preferred worldwide for agricultural and forestry machinery, and body sizes of 1/2 and 3/4 also reach the additional dimension requirements covered in ISO 5675. The Appearance is similar to the Faster NV series, with sizes from 1/4″ to 1″.

Construction

  • Carbon steel with trivalent plating is the default
  • Carbon steel with zinc-nickel plating option (500 hours with no red rust in salt spray tests
  • Fitted with Nitrile seals – NBR (Viton seals – FKM available)
  • Stainless steel interchangeable quick couplings (See IAS Series)

IA2 Dimensions

Dimensions

The IA2 series is designed based on the appearance of the ISO A quick connector NV series of Italian manufacturer Faster Coupling. The connection dimensions comply with the ISO7241 standard A series quick couplings. Other dimensions are redesigned according to customer requirements.

All carbon steel products have Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) seals fitted as standard. All stainless steel products have Fluoro-elastomer Rubber (Viton®) (FKM) seals fitted as standard. Special seal materials are available on request.
